“The only negative comment about the hotel was the cigar smoking in the bar off the lobby, other than that the entire experience was excellent.”

“the stay was very nice, HOWEVER: I had a meeting in the restaurant of the hotel and the service was below average. one of the waiter was fine but the other waiter was either not speaking french or english or completely out on drugs. we could not get his attention even though we called him several times. We found out that he only speaks italian. it was very embarassing and we decided to eat in other places after that. food was excellent though so it saved the day.”
