“Extremely well located. Much larger than most Italian accompodations. Well designed. Front desk service is spotty, but is more of a residence facility than hotel. Very well priced. Would recommend to others.”

“Residence Hilda was a fantastic place, it was very clean and the staff went out of its way to be incredibly kind and helpful. We were traveling with our child and they provided a crib (pack n' play) in the room and a high chair in the kitchen. It was in a decently central location (a few long blocks from the Duomo). It was a fantastic home base in Florence.”

“Well furnished and appointed. Very clean and comfortable. Ideally located, close to attractions but quiet (most of the time) residential area. Valentina and her staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip. Perfect for those of us who never use the services of a hotel and hate paying for it. The staff kept the place spotless each day.”

“The room was a small self contained apartment comprising of 2 rooms (one with a queen bed and walk in wardrobe, the other with fold out sofa couch dining table chairs and a small kitchenette). I loved the pride taken in the care and maintenance of the hotel. Walls doors fixtures fittings appliances all looked brand new because they were so well maintained and kept spotlessly cleaned. The reception staff were all very polite and helpful and able to provide us with any information we needed.”
