“As online reviews suggest, this is one of London's best hotels and I was pleasantly surprised when it lived up to that reputation. The room I got was very spacious by London standards, and there are windows that allow you to let in fresh air. Hotel staff was most courteous and my room was quiet, clean and comfortable.”

“This is a very well run, comfortable, quiet and clean hotel. There was a nice breakfast downstairs in the morning, which was complementary the first part of my stay and only 10 pounds during the latter. The room was large and well equipped and quiet as any I have stayed in anywhere, which, to my mind, is unimaginable in a London hotel. The staff are so service oriented you almost have to blink your eyes to see if you are dreaming. It is hard to find a complaint with anything concerning this establishment. However......”
