“The Puro Hotel is elegant and our room was lovely and comfortable. The staff was friendly, competent and helpful in every respect. We enjoyed the rooftop facility and the Puro Beach Club was luxurious. We were pampered and loved every minute. We would most definitely stay there again.”

“The style was very clean and simple with elegance but still not looking too luxuorus, like in a drea from Marrakech or simular. We were stunned when entering the room and even more when showed the bathroom. I´m sure we must have been given one of the biggest rooms. If not, well then there is just no chance of being disappointed.The personell were there for us but always discreate and very friendly in a most comfortable way. We were always positively supriced by the small detailes that gave us a very pleasant and exclusive feeling for the hotel. The restaurant made superb meals and service was exellant.A perfect place for a few days retreat.”

“It was really funky. Cool, stylish, but still a very elegant hotel. The breakfast was great, they even served proper tea. The iPod dock is a nice touch, it is unusual to be able to listen to your own music through speakers in a hotel. Great location.”

“Loved the chilled out vibe of the common areas and lots of places to lounge about either at breakfast or just throughout the day. Liked the way the bathrooms were revealed by the wooden sliding doors.”

“After exploring the island of Mallorca, we were glad to have stayed in the city, so location was good. Puro's location is even better because it is in the old town, which is very authentic and away from the touristy high rise hotels. The Breakfast was excellent! Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were very spacious with top-of-the-line amenities. Great bed and pillows. Good bath products.”

“Overall, the hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. It's clear why it's designated one of the top 200 design hotels. What I personally liked the most was that our room (superior double) was very spacious. I also enjoyed the use of the sauna and steam room as part of our stay. And lastly, the breakfast was impressive. I was surprised at the amount of food served in the morning, along with the beverage options (including vodka and champagne to make your own mixed drinks such as a bloody mary or bellini.”
