“I stayed in this hotel many times before but used Tablet Hotels for the first time as the offered rate was good. The hotel is very good but has some problems at times, i.e. when it is very busy and some restaurant facilities lack some professionalism. However, all in all this is a very good hotel and I always like to come back "home" to this hotel.”

“I rated overall satisfaction as fair because of my disappointment relating the restaurants and the quality and price of the food. I specially choose hotels to fit my special intrest in gourmet food and was disappointed. The room was fanttastic and service too - but the bars where you can have snacks with drinks are below the quality they should.”

“Our request was for a harbour view in the old part of the Hotel, our room was in the 'Tower' and was a 3 star facility!!The management were unhelpful....the staff wonderful, the food very average, the prices absurd!”

“We had an amazing time at the Taj, the location was great and views spectacular. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both its opulence and comfort. The room rates were reasonable and worth paying the extra, but the bars and restaurants onsite are far too expensive in comparison to the lush restaurants we found in and around Colaba. A brilliant base for a vibrant city.”

Still a guaranteed Tablet experience if only for the glamour factor and excellent service. But Mumbai should soon have more and even better hotels on offer at Tablet. What about the new Four Seasons complex in this fantastic city?”
