No problem with the hotel apart from the room was VERY cold, in fairness Seattle was having a very cold spell but I would expect a hotel to be warm.

The rooms were tastefully decorated, but small beyond belief! Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere, as I was travelling with my husband and infant son. We were not able to unpack and had to store our stroller and luggage in the the shower, the room was so small. Also there was no tub, only a shower, which was not ideal for the baby. All in all, they've done a good job making the public spaces "hipper-than-hip," but the size of the rooms makes it feel like a budget hotel with a face-lift.

I liked your hotel, but the elevators are entirely too small. We had to wait nearly 10 minutes for an elevator during check-out time because of lack of space on the (2) small elevators. Would have gladly walked downstairs, but stairs led to fire exit.

excellent service, beautifully designed - a pleasure all around!

My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Max. We were a bit dissappointed with the size of the room but espcially the bathroom. The shower head was so high that my girlfriend could not reach it for adjustment. We laughed about this but its these small things that make an impression. However, the room was impeccably clean, the bed was comparable to our own at home, and the ambiance of Hotel Max certainly made up for a badly positioned shower head

I don't know where to begin with only using 600 characters, so I'll be blunt: I regret staying at this hotel. While the doormen and a couple of male front desk staff were helpful, our stay was disappointing. It was the biggest ordeal I've ever experienced to get early check in. The hotel seemed great until we saw our tiny room. We loved the big down comforters and the hotel style, but functionally it didn't work. We had luke-warm showers for 4 days, a poor quality TV with an even worse remote, a bed with a huge crevice in the middle, and the towels felt like sandpaper.

rooms are tiny...don't get a king bed, you won't be able to move around the room.

I was expecting the room to be nicer -- it seemed a bit "tired". It had the feeling of being a rather cheap renovation that would not wear well and that it would be pretty tacky after a year or so.

room was tiny but bed was delicious

Loved it. Will do it again.

cool hotel. my floor, the rocker floor, was a bit smelly with smoke and musky scent but the room was nice, bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
