“A chic bistro that serves fusion cuisine with an exotic twist. Fantastic poached eggs with Sir Laurier cheese and ham. One of the nicest patios in the city.”

“One of the best places to dine in Quebec. The modern menu includes dishes such as red tuna, beef carpaccio, and lamb shank. The dessert is warm apple pie with mildly sweet cheddar cheese -- sounds odd, but it's delicious!”
