1. “Modern Asian cuisine. The restaurant’s theme is a mix of Bangkok, Hanoi, Hong Kong and Shanghai cuisines: completely different cities in their gastronomy, as well as in design, music and lifestyle.The menu created by the Chef Helen Assunção and kept by the brothers Fábio and Maria Eustáquio after he left. A highlight for the exotic flavors such as the Thai dish Chao Tom, a salmon tartar and grilled shrimp on sugar cane, with Hoisin sauce.”
